A Preon Accumulator (refer to [REDACTED]) can help a lot. You can also rely on having a lot of Old Guillotines (refer to Cut Down ) and hope the Teleporter boss is an Elite. The most guaranteed but also the most luck-based way is to hope the Teleporter boss is a Wandering Vagrant and it spawns inside the surrounding terrain, instantly killing it.Now we have to figure out how to run Doom in risk of rain. You can try getting to the Bazaar and using some Lunar coins to influence where you go but it's also luck based on if Rally Point Delta shows up there too, but at least it's 2 chances instead of just the one and time stops in the Bazaar too so you lose nothing by going there.
